-Co 2, EMS 20, Medic 29 dispatched to Rt 35, 1 mile past Mast Greenhouse for an MVC, unknown injuries. Reported one vehicle. Units arrived on scene to find one vehicle, head-on into a pole, spun down the road, one patient injured, taken ALS to Lewistown Hospital. Engine 2 placed available by Rescue 2. Rescue 2 held scene with Fire Police 2 until roll-back arrived. Units: Engine 2, Rescue 2, Amb 20-1, Medic 29, PSP.

-Engine 2 dispatched, assisting Co 4 on Ridge Rd and Mountain Rd for reported tree down. Engine 2 finding nothing on Ridge Rd, Engine 4 o/s on Mountain Rd. Units on scene for approx 10 min. Units: Engine 2, Engine 4, Brush 4, Amb 4

-Co 2, EMS 20 dispatched to Mifflintown Borough, Main and Orange for pole fire. Lt 2 arrived on scene, holding EMS in quarters, fire out, pole number given to dispatch, box cleared. Units: Lt 2, Engine 2, Amb 20-3

12/27/07
-Co 2 and 1st alarm units dispatched to the structure beside Country Side Market on Rt 35 for a structure fire. Reported a chimney fire with extension into the attic. Lt 5 arrived on scene reporting fire showing. Tankers staged on Jericho Rd. Engine 8-1 established fill-site at King's Financial. Truck 2's crew split, to the roof and inside. Rescue 2's crew and Engine 1-2's crew arrived, advanced a hoseline inside the the attic to extinguish the fire. Truck crew on roof opened roof up near the eaves to extguish hot spots. Units on scene for apparox 1 hour. Units: Engine - 1-1, 1-2, 5, 8-1. Tanker - 1, 4, 8. Truck - 2. Rescue - 2. EMS - Amb 20-3.

-Truck 2 dispatched to 1st alarm fire, reported electrical fire inside a structure next to Co 5. Units arrived on scene with a baseboard heater smoking. Box cleared by Chief 5. Units - Engine - 5, 1-1, 3 (held). Tanker - 1, 8 (held).Truck - 2. EMS - MICU 1-3.

12/25/07
-Co 2, EMS 20, Medic 29 dispatched to Rt 35 and Industrial Pk Rd for an MVC. Reported two vehicles on the roadway. Units arrived on scene, one vehicle in the parking lot, one off the side of the road, no injuries, minor damage to vehicles. Chief 2 cleared all fire and EMS apparatus and awaited PSP arrival. Box cleared after PSP arrived. Units: Engine 2, Rescue 2, Amb 20-3, Medic 29, PSP.

12/24/07
-Engine 2 and Truck 2 assist on working structure fire at Twin Oak Salvage, reported with a burn patient. Truck 2 arrived, set up on side A and began to flow water to the D side of the building to assist EMS in extricating a burn Pt that was later flown to Lehigh Valley Burn Center. Engine 2 was later called to the scene for manpower and to replace an engine that failed to respond to the call. After fire was knocked down, the remaining hot spots were handled by personnel with handlines. Fire out, box cleared, units in service. Units: Engines - 5, 1-1, 2, 3-2 (fill site). Tankers - 5, 1, 6-1, 6-2, 7, 8, Perry 3. Truck - 2. EMS - MICU 1-1, MICU 1-3, Amb 20-3, Rehab 20.

12/18/07
-Co 2 requested by EMS on Smith Rd, Walker Twp, for medical assistance w/ an unresponsive diabetic. EMS 1 on scene with an unresponsive diabetic that needed extricated from the house. Rescue crew assisted EMS with Pt care, packaging and extrication. Box cleared. Rescue 2 w/ 5.

12/17/07
-Co 2, EMS 20 dispatched to Pine Grove Rd and Cuba Mills Rd for tree on wires. Reported tree on wires and on the roadway. Tree was removed, roadway was cleared. Box cleared.

12/16/07
-Engine 2 responds, assisting Co 9 on a structure fire, rekindle. Reported by PennDOT reporting flames showing. Units arrived on scene with working fire. Engine 2's crew split and went to the roof and interior attacks. Units were still extinguishing the blaze when Chief 91 placed Engine 2 available.

-Co 2 (Engine transfer and Rescue) dispatched in place of Co 8 for MVC on US Hwy 322. Reported one vehicle, roll-over, one injury. Mifflin County Engine 4-2 (transfer) and Rescue 2 cancelled by Co 8 prior to responding.

-Co 2 (Engine transfer and Rescue) respond a single vehicle MVC at Washington Ave and 6th St. Personnel saw a vehicle trying to back out off the sidewalk and were going to assist when they noticed it was in deed an MVC. Reported the crash to Juniata 911 via radio and assessed the scene. One occupant, no injuries, vehicle not driveable. Operator to be at Co 2's station until PSP arrived. Box cleared.

-Co 2, EMS 1 dispatched to Rt 75 and Industrial Pk Rd for an unknown type fire. First caller reported something burning off the roadway. Second caller was person burning, stating he was having a controlled burn with permission of the township and PSP just forgot to advise the 911 center. Chief 21 o/s confirming a controlled burn, box available. Units: Chief 21, Company 2 (in quarters), Amb 1-3.

-Co 2 dispatched at 1150 assisting Co 3, Milford Twp, Denholm Road, reported odor inside a structure. Co 2 units arrived on scene, staged while Co 3 units assessed the structure. Chief 3-3 held the box to Co 3, Co 2 units available. Units: Engine 3-1, 3-2, 2. Rescue 2. Amb 20-1.

12/06/07
-Co 2 and EMS 20 dispatched at 0915 to area of Nelson Rd for a possible Silo Fire. Units arrived on scene to find a silo unused for many years with no smoke anywhere in the area. Units surveyed the area, nothing found. Box cleared. Units: Engine 2, Amb 20-3.

-Co 2, EMS 20 dispatched at 1345 to Rt 35 and Industrial Pk Rd for an MVC with no or minor injuries. Units arrived on scene to find two vehicles, off the roadway. PSP on scene placing fire and EMS available. Box cleared. Units: Rescue 2, Amb 20-1.

-Rescue 2 responds to Rt 333 near the county line for an MVC unknown injuries or entrapment. Portable 20 arrived on scene reporting one vehicle on the roadway, one occupant out of vehicle, minor injuries. Mifflin County was dispatching units to the MVC as well. Rescue 2 arrived on scene, cancelling Mifflin County units. Engine 3-2 arrived on scene, Rescue 2 went available. Units: Engine 3-2, Rescue 2, Amb 20-1, Medic 29.

12/05/07
-Co 2 and 1st alarm units dispatched at 0950 to Main Street to the Embarq building for an automatic fire alarm. Units arrived on scene to find nothing showing from the exterior. Keyholder arrived and led fire personnel through building with no alarm activation and nothing found. Embarq supervisor called keyholder and stated the alarm was coming from Old Rt 22 and Nelson Road, approx 1/2 mile from where units responded. Engine 1-1 and Tanker 1 responded to the scene. Arrived with nothing showing, no alarms actived. Box cleared. Units: Engines: 2, 1. Tankers: 1, 4, 5. Truck 2. Ambulance 20-3.

12/04/07
-Co 2, Co 1 engine and EMS 1 respond to US Hwy 322 are of Port Royal exit for MVC with entrapment. Reported vehicle off the roadway into a tree, two occupants, one injury, unable to get out of the vehicle. Second call back reporting negative entrapment. PSP on scene confirming Port Royal exit. Pt's loaded into ambulance and transported ALS to hospital. Box cleared. Units: Rescue 2, Engine 1-1, MICU 1-1, Amb 1-2.

12/03/07
-Co 2 and other responding units dispatched at 0700 to Helltown Rd for a Chimney Fire with poss. extension. Co 2 units arrived on scene with light smoke pushing from around the chimney and garage eves. Prior to crews entering the structure, the fire vented out the B side of the residence and travelled up the roof. Aggressive fire attack from interior and exterior crews extinguished the fire quickly. Crews performed extensive overhaul. Box cleared at 0941. Units: Engines: 2, 4, 1-1, 1-2, 8-1. Tankers: 1, 4, 6-1, 6-2. Truck 2. Rescue 2. Utility 4. Amb 20-3.

-Engine 2 responds to reports of multiple trees down on Mountain Rd between Laurel Run and Oakland Rd.
