10:16 - Co 4, 2 dispatched to Fayette Twp. Mountain Road in the area of Ridge Road, for reported tree down across wires. Box 4-04. Engine 22 marked out with 4, Chief 21 (Leiter) in the seat. JCCC advised JCSD was o/s, 1 tree down involving some wires, power out in the area, PPL already aware. Shortly after arriving o/s, Chief 41-3 (Poorman) placed E22 avail

11/22/09 - Roll over MVA
22:29 - Co 2, EMS 20, Medic 29 dispatched to Fermanagh Twp. Cuba Mills Road in the area of Dunn Lane, for a reported MVA. Box 2-05. Rescue 29 marked out with 5, Chief 21 (Leiter) in the seat. JCCC advised of 1 pick up over turned, unknown injuries. Chief 21-3 (Geedy) arrived and advised 1 p/u on it's side, occupant out of the vehicle. Units remained o/s until PSP and wrecker arrived. Box cleared.

11/20/09 - Busy day for the 2 House
13:55 - Co 2, 1, 4, 5, 8, 20 dispatched to Fermanagh Twp, Riverview trailer court, for a reported structure fire. Box 2-01. Engine 22 marked out with 4, Chief 21 (Leiter) to the scene. JCCC advised of a poss electrical fire inside, all residents were evacuated. Chief 21 o/s with normal conditions from the exterior. Further investigation was unfounded, box cleared.

14:09 - Co 2, 1, 20 sent to Mifflintown Boro, at the redlight, for a possible car fire. Box 2-01. Engine 22 and 12-1 both en route from the first call. Capt 21-3 (J. Boreman) on scene reported no fire, overheated vehicle, box was placed available.

14:23 - While giving times out on the phone, the resident from Riverview called back and said he could smell smoke around his hot water heater. Advised Chief 21, he and Engine 22 (with crew of 5) responded back out to investigate. Upon looking, discovered an issue underneath the trailer involving a shorted out heater tape. The resident was going to contact his electrician, box cleared.

15:36 - Co 2, 1, 20 dispatched to Fermanagh Twp. William Penn Hwy near the Tuscarora Junior High School, for a reported MVA. Box 2-01. Rescue 29 marked out with 4, Chief 21 (Leiter) in the seat. JCCC advised of 2 vehicles, unknown injuries. Chief 21-2 (K. Boreman) in the area, nothing found. R29 proceded east past the school, no accident encountered, box cleared.

16:28 - Co 2, 1, 20, Medic 1 dispatched to Fermanagh Twp. William Penn Hwy, just west of the boro line, for a reported MVA. Box 2-01. Rescue 29 marked out with 4, Chief 21-2 (K. Boreman) in the seat. JCCC advised 1 vehicle rollover, unknown injuries. R29 arrived o/s to report 1 vehicle on all 4's, pt out of the vehicle. Units secured the vehicle and maintained traffic until PSP arrived, then box cleared.

11/18/09 - 1st alarm units sent to the boro
22:03 - Co 2, 1, 5, 8, 4, 20 dispatched to Mifflintown Boro, 43 N. Main Street for a reported structure fire. Box 2-01. Engine 22 marked out with 6, Chief 21 (Leiter) in the seat. JCCC advised of a porch fire. E22 arrived to find most of the fire out, holding Co 2, Co 1 and EMS. E22 pulled 1-200' 1 3/4" line for mop up and hot spots, box cleared in 20 mins.

10:45 - Co 2, 1, 5, 20, Medic 29 dispatched to Fermanagh Twp. 3276 William Penn Hwy, for an inside odor investigation with patients. Box 2-01. Engine 22 marked out with 4, FF Stottle in the seat. JCCC advised of an unknown odor, with residents experiencing nausea, dizziness, near syncope. Units worked o/s with gas meter, cleared house and pts were transported for eval.

11/17/09 - Early morning cancellation
00:44 - Co 2 and Co 6 engines were dispatched to replace non-responding units. Fayette Twp, on Apple Road, off Rt 35, for a reported MVA. Box 4-03. Engine 42 & 92 responded, Co 2 & Co 6 were placed available.
16:26 - Co 2, EMS 1 dispatched to Walker Twp. Village of Mexico, William Penn Hwy near Mexico Market, for a pedestrian struck. Box 2-02. Rescue 29 marked out with 4, Chief 21 (Leiter) in the seat. JCCC advised of an 11 y/o/f that was struck. At 16:27 JCCC dispatched EMS 20/Medic 29 to Walker Twp, Mifflintown Mart, for a 7 y/o/f in cardiac arrest. Chief 21-2 (K. Boreman) was o/s of the pedestrian struck and had R29 stop at the Mart to assist with the arrest. All Co2 units avail within 30 mins

11/16/09 - 2 MVAs for the 2 House
06:45 - Co 2, 1, EMS 20 dispatched to Fermanagh Twp. Rt 322 east bound, approx 1 mile west of Arch Rock, for a reported MVA. Box 2-07. Chief 21-2 (K. Boreman) responded in the area, JCCC advised of a smaller car into the trees, unknown injuries. Before units responded, PSP arrived and placed all fire and EMS available.
15:14 - Co 3, 2, EMS 20 dispatched to Milford Twp, Village of Rockville, intersection of Rt 333 and Milford Street, for a 2 vehicle accident. Box 3-01. Rescue 29 marked out with 5, Chief 21 (Leiter) in the seat. Capt 21-3 (J. Boreman) o/s reported 2 vehicles, 1 on the roadway, debris down. R29 arrived and secured the vehicle. Units released when PSP arrived.

11/09/09 - Early morning MVA starts the day
05:52 - Co 3, 2, 20 dispatched to Milford Twp. Licking Creek Road, past the ranger's station, for a reported MVA rollover. Box 3-05. Rescue 29 marked out with 5, Chief 21-2 (K. Boreman) to the scene. JCCC advised of 1 vehicle on its side, occupant was not hurt, just confined to the truck. Co1's engine replaced Co3 who failed. Chief 21-2 arrived o/s to report 1 pick-up on its side, single occupant out of the vehicle, to be at the 1st bridge. Units o/s until placed avail by PSP.

07:34 - Co 2 Engine and Co 8 Tanker dispatched mutual aid to Richfield, who was working a barn fire in the 9-01 Box. Monroe Twp off Snyder Street just south in the Village of Richfield. Chief 91-2 (Gearhart) was o/s with a fully involved barn fire. Engine 22 marked out with 3. Units were o/s for hours.

20:50 - Co 2 dispatched to the Mifflintown Airport for landing zone operations. Box 2-01. EMS 20 and Medic 29 were in the 600 block of Washington Avenue with a fall victim down a flight of stairs, Life Lion ETA 12 mins. Engine 22 marked out with 5, Capt 21-2 (Groninger) in the seat. Crew assisted EMS with pt transfer and lifting, box then cleared.

11/07/09 - Woods fire out William Penn Hwy
17:07 - Co 2, 1, 20 dispatched to Fermanagh Twp. William Penn Hwy west of the drive ins, for a reported woods fire. Box 2-01. Engine 22 marked out with 4, Chief 21 (Leiter) in the seat. Chief 21-3 (Geedy) arrived and advised of a controlled burn that was not attended, spot fires throughout. Units arrived and extinguished the fires, box cleared.

11/06/09 - Vehicle fire Rt 322
18:08 - Co 2, 1, 20 dispatched to Fermanagh Twp. Rt 322 west bound, in the narrows, for a reported vehicle fire. Box 2-07. Engine 22 marked out with 4, Chief 21-2 (K. Boreman) in the seat. JCCC advised of a pass car off to the side. E22 got on at Arch Rock when advised PSP was in Mifflin Co and seen nothing. Units checked east and found the vehicle top of 100mph hill west side, fire out. Units o/s scene for approx 5 mins until PSP arrived.

21:48 - Co 3, 2, 20, Medic 29 dispatched to Milford Twp, intersection of Rt 35 S & Varnes Rd, for a reported MVA. Box 3-02. Rescue 29 marked out with 5, Chief 21-2 (K. Boreman) in the seat. JCCC advised of 1 vehicle in a ditch, unknown injuried. Chief 31-3 (Peck) o/s advised unruley intoxicated person out of the vehicle, placing R29 avail.

00:42 - Co 2, 20, Medic 29 dispatched to Fermanagh Twp. William Penn Hwy near Ramsey's Car Wash, for a reported MVA. Box 2-01. Rescue 29 marked out with 5, Chief 21 (Leiter) in the seat. JCCC advised of 1 vehicle off the roadway into some trees, unknown injuries. R29 arrived and advised the MVA at William Penn & Cuba Mills Lane - 1 vehicle off the roadway, occupants out. R29 crew secured the vehicle and de-energized, box cleared.
