15:24 - Co 2, EMS 20 sent to Mifflintown Boro, Juniata County Courthouse, for ventilation operations. Box 2-01.Engine 22 marked out with 4. JCCC advised of a call from maintance they had a small fire, but fire is out with little smoke condition. E22 is to stage on Lemon St and take TIC to Side A. E22 o/s 15mins

10/26/09 - AED Response
03:32 - Co 2, 20, Medic 29 dispatched to Milford Twp. Locust Grove 200 Hall, for a reported cardiac arrest. Amb 20-5-3 requested addition manpower to the scene. Pt was loaded and en route LH.

11:43 - Co 3, 2, 20 dispatched to Milford Twp, Licking Creek Rd & Muddy Run Rd, for a reported vehicle fire. Box 3-03. Engine 22 marked out with 4, Chief 21-2 (K. Boreman) in the seat. Capt 21-3 (J. Boreman) arrived o/s to report working SUV fire. E22 arrived o/s and deployed the 1 3/4" trash line off the passenger side and made quick work of the fire. E22 crew mopped up and went available.

12:30 - Co 2, 20, Medic 29 dispatched to Fermanagh Twp. William Penn Hwy near the Junior High, for a reported 2 vehicle accident. Box 2-01. Rescue 29 marked out with 5, Chief 21 (Leiter) in the seat. JCCC advised of 2 vehicles, unknown injuries. Chief 21-2 (K. Boreman) arrived o/s to report 2 vehicles rear-end collision, at the intersection of William Penn & Crawford Dr. 2 pts in the vehicle, no entrapment. R29 arrived and stabilized/de-energized the vehicles, crew assisted with pt extrication Units o/s approx 25 mins

11:24 - Co 2 dispatched to assist EMS 20, Mifflintown Boro 19 North 3rd Street, for a reported overdose. EMS o/s with a pt on the upper floor, needs help with extrication. Rescue 29 marked out with 6. Crew assisted with pt extrication, box cleared within 15 mins.

EMS 1 was dispatched to a reported shooting, turned out to be an overdose - NOT a shooting. Crew assisted EMS, then avail.

05:40 - Co 2, 1, 20 dispatched to Fermanagh Twp. area of 2506 William Penn Highway, for a reported MVA. Box 2-01. Rescue 29 marked out with 5, Capt 21-3 (J. Boreman) in the seat. JCCC advised of 1 vehicle into 2 parked cars, then into a house, 1 minor injury, fluids/debris down, to be in the area of Reeder's Electric. Units o/s approx 45 mins.

JCCC advised of 1 vehicle into a pole, 1 pt pinned in the vehicle. R29 arrived to find 1 PT Cruiser head-on into a concrete light pole, (-) entrapment. Crew cribbed the vehicle and assisted EMS with extrication. Leidy's was handling the vehicle removal. Box cleared.

14:35 - EMS 20, Medic 29, Rescue 29 dispatched to Mifflin Boro, rear of 208 Foster Street, for a traumatic injury. Rescue 29 marked out with 4, Chief 21-2 (K. Boreman) in the seat. JCCC advised of a male pt that had a chimney fall on him, unknown conditions. R29 arrived to find a male pt, free from the debris, lying on the ground. R29 crew assisted EMS with pt care/packaging.

15:51 - Co 2, 1, EMS 20, 4, Medic 1 dispatched to Fermanagh Twp. intersection of Rt 35 & Cuba Mills Rd, for a reported MVA. Box 2-05. Rescue 29 marked out with 4, Chief 21-2 (K. Boreman) in the seat. JCCC advised of 2 vehicles with injuries. Capt 21-3 (J. Boreman) o/s with 3 injuries, (-) entrapment. R29 arrived and established operations on Ch2. Both vehicles stabalized and de-energized, fluids controlled. All pts transported from the scene. Crews remained until roadway opened.

JCCC advised of 1 truck into a tree, 1 injury. Pt was to be at a residence nearby. R29 arrived to confirm, no pt in the vehicle. Vehicle was off the roadway, PSP o/s, FD placed avail.

JCCC advised of 1 vehicle off the roadway, 2 pts in the vehicle, 1 to be pinned. Air medical would NOT FLY. EMS arrived and made pt access, R29 placed available.

17:00 - Co 2, 1, 20 dispatched to the 1300 block of William Penn Highway, for a reported chimney fire. Box 2-01. Engine 22 marked out with 4, Chief 21-2 (K. Boreman) on board. JCCC advised this residence to be at the intersection of William Penn Hwy & Butchershop Rd. Chief 21-3 (Geedy) arrived and reported smoke from the chimney. E22 arrived at the A/B corner, crew laddered side B and cleaned debris from chimney. All units staged and sent manpower to the scene. Units o/s approx 45 mins.

10/12/09 - Taskforce at the Jacobs Building
17:31 - Co 2, 1, 4, 5, 8, 20, Mifflin County Truck 11 dispatched to Mifflintown Boro, 4 South Main Street, at the Jacobs Building, Taskforce assignment for structure fire. Box 2-01. Engine 22 marked out with 4, Chief 21-2 (K. Boreman) in the seat. JCCC advised of a fire in the kitchen, caller thought it was out, residence full of smoke. Truck 27 / Engine 22 arrived and reported light smoke from Division 3, Side D of an apartment complex. E22 had the hydrant at Lemon & Main, E12-2 had hydrant at VFW, T27 and E12-1 had Side A. Interior crews advised fire on the stove (grease) snuffed out w/ dry chem, heavy smoke throughout building. PPV ops went in service, all tankers and MC Truck placed avail. Crews checked with TIC, negative extention, box cleared within 30 mins

JCCC advised of 1 vehicle into a pole, unknown injuries. E22 arrived to find 1 pick-up towing a cattle trailer, truck on it's side, cattle trailer over embankment- loaded. E22 placed avail after E42 arrived.
