Initial dispatch @ 2202 - Co 8, EMS 8, Co 2 (Rescue), Medic 29 dispatched to Turbett Twp, Rt 333 west of Van Dyke for an MVC, into a tree, with entrapment. Units arrived on scene with a single vehicle, into a tree, one occupant trapped in the vehicle, unresponsive. Vehicle was stabilized, roof removed, Pt collared and removed. Co 1 was dispatched to establish an LZ at the elementary school. Life Flight en route. Pt flown to trauma center. Rescue 29 in service after extrication.

Initial dispatch @ 1058 - Co 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, EMS 1 dispatched assisiting for a reported chicken house fire, smoke showing. Engine 22 due from Co 2. Chief 11 making BT Trucking the staging area. SU 18 o/s with smoke showing. E12-1 & T13 to scene, E32-2 to pond for fill site, E22 to reverse lay 5" to the top of the hill. E12-1 advanced a 2 1/2" to the structure, E22 laid 300' of 5" from the scene to Rt 75 (did not charge it). Owner showed up to advise he was "fogging" the chickenhouse. Box cleared. False Call.

Initial dispatch @ 1255 - Co 2, EMS 20 dispatched to Old Rt 22 in front of Dollar Daze for an MVC, reported one vehicle into a pole, no injuries. Operations switched for Fire 2 immediately after units responded. Units arrived on scene, no vehicle present, wires hanging in middle of road in turning lane. Apparatus secured the scene, traffic was managed until PPL arrived on scene. Units were on scene for approx 2 hours. Box cleared approx 1500.

Initial dispatch @ 2109 - Co 2, 3, 1, 5, 8, EMS 20 dispatched to Auker Rd, 1st alarm assignment, for a reported barn fire, fully involved. Lt 21 arrived on scene with a hay wagon on fire, which was inside the barn upon dispatch, was now outside the barn. Residents extinguished the fire with a garden house. Chief 21 holding box to units in the street. Personnel set up PPV fans and cleared the barn of smoke. Hay wagon was unloaded and material soaked down. Box cleared @ 2143.

Initial dispatch @ 1342 - Co 2, 3, 1, 5, EMS 20 dispatched for a 1st alarm assignment, working structure fire, 400 block of Orange Street, Mifflintown Borough. Co 2 personnel along with Mifflin County Truck 11 personnel were attending a truck operations class when a citizen ran up to the group and told them there was a fire down the street. Units arrived on scene with fire between two structures working its way up both sides of the houses. Personnel arrived on scene assisting Co 2 and Mifflin County Co 11 personnel to battle the blaze. Fire extended into the attics of both structures but was quickly knocked down and contained. Truck 27 was being used for truck class along with Ladder 27 and Mifflin County Truck 11-1. Truck 27 and Truck 11-1 were in service on the fire; Ladder 27 was staged and all manpower went to the scene. The blaze was marked under control @ 1453. Engine 22 placed all units in service w/ the exception of Co 2, Truck 11-1 and EMS. Box cleared after extensive overhaul.

Initial dispatch @ 0110 - Co 2 (Engine 22 and Ladder 27) requested for transfer assignment to Mifflin County Station 13 (Brooklyn) while Mifflin County crews were busy with a working structure fire in Lewistown Borough. EMS 1 was also dispatched to standby in Mifflin County EMS 12's station until units could be released from the fire.

Co 2 responds to an AFA at Locust Grove Retirement Village

Initial dispatch @ 0936 - Co 3, Co 2, EMS 20 dispatched for a local alarm, Milford Twp, Locust Grove Retirement Village. Co 2 (Engine 22, Truck 27) responded. Truck 27 arrived on scene finding normal conditions from the exterior. Engine 22 arrived and took stand-pipe assigment. County advised Chief 21 that Co 3 had scratched and Chief 21 requested next due engine to the scene until the scene could be investigated further. Upon investigation, truck crew found maintenance working on base-board heaters, they got too hot and smoked the paint. Engine 12-1 responded in place of Co 3's engine, staged with Engine 22 and sent manpower to A/D corner. The entire 300 hall was full of smoke. Residents were all removed and hall was vented. No patients encountered. Box cleared in approximately 45 minutes.

Initial dispatch @ 1420 - Co 2 (Engine 22) dispatched in place of Co 3's engine for a tree down blocking half the roadway, Rt 35 South, 1/2 mile past Locust Grove. Engine 22 responded very shortly after dispatch. Brush 36 responded and placed Engine 22 available.

Co 2, EMS 20 dispatched to US Hwy 322 in the narrows for MVC

Initial dispatch @ 1700 (approx) - Co 2, EMS 20 dispatched to US Hwy 322 in the narrows for an MVC, unknown injuries, reported two vehicles, rear-ender. Second callback reported vehicles off the roadway, no injuries. Rescue 29 and EMS responded to the scene, Engine 22 staged at Arch Rock. Chief 21-3 cleared the box in approximately 20 minutes.

Initial dispatch @ 1844 - Co 3, Co 2 (R29), EMS 20 , Medic 29 dispatched to Rt 333 west of Muddy Run Rd for an MVC, roll over, unknown injuries. Units arrived on scene with one vehicle, into a poll, sheared off, wires low hanging, vehicle on its roof. All occupants were out of the vehicle on arrival of apparatus. 1 patient transported to Lewistown Hospital ED.

Initial dispatch @ 1517 - Co 2, EMS 20, Medic 1 dispatched to Rt 35 near Sheetz for an MVC with injuries. Ambulance 20-5-2 was first on scene updating location to Rt 35 and US Hwy 322 on ramp all occupants out of vehicle, placing Medic 1 available. Rescue 29 arrived on scene. Co 3 was dispatched for an engine in place of Engine 22. Rescue 29 placed Co 3 available, no engine required. One vehicle on the roadway with front passenger side damage and one van parked on the concrete median with frontal damage. Both patients refused transport to the hospital. PSP arrived on scene and shortly after the rollback arrived and removed the truck from the onramp. Rescue 29 placed the box in service.

Initial dispatch @ 2000 - Co 3, Co 2 (Rescue 29), EMS 20 dispatched to Licking Creek Rd, Milford Twp, for an MVC, reported one vehicle into a pole unknown injuries. Units arrived on scene to find one vehicle into a utility pole, sheared off at base, all occupants out of vehicle. Rescue 29 was released from the box shortly after arriving on scene.
