Initial dispatch @ 1833 - Co 3, Co 2 (Engine), EMS 20 dispatched to Muddy Run Rd at Juniata Alignment for a vehicle fire. Engine 22 responded immediately after dispatch. Capt 31 arrived on scene reporting fire out. Engine 32-1 holding the box to Engine 32-1, placing all other units available. Engine 22 in service.

Ladder 27 dispatched to Fayette Acres for a structure fire, cancelled

Initial dispatch @ 1753 - Ladder 27 was dispatched on Box 401 to Fayette Acres for a structure fire. Ladder 27 responded, full, with 6. A firefighter from Co 4 was o/s reporting fire out, Capt 41 arrived on scene, investigated and placed all units in service. Box cleared at 1757.

Fatal MVC starts off June calls

Initial dispatch @ 2022 - Co 3, Co 2 (Rescue), EMS 20, Medic 29 dispatched to Rt 333 @ McLaughlin Rd for an MVC, one vehicle, into a tree, one unresponsive patient. Rescue 29 was out for drivers' training and responded directly to the scene. Engine 22 responded to staff the rescue. Chief 21-2 arrived on scene reporting no entrapment, one patient still in the vehicle. Units arrived on scene, one patient, unresponsive. Patient extricated via MHC personnel onto backboard and to ambulance per Medic 29. Patient was pronounced deceased by Medic 29. Chief 21-3 placed Co 2 available, releasing command to Chief 31-3. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the friends and family of the deceased.
